İlhan Kaçire, Director of the Corporate Communication Department of IDEIS Education and Research Institute, graduated from Adana Çukurova University, Faculty of Education, Department of Educational Sciences in 1994, and completed his master's and doctoral studies at Kazan State Federal University, Faculty of Education, Department of General Pedagogy between 1998-2004. Lastly, he worked as a faculty member at Dicle University Ziya Gökalp Faculty of Education, Department of Educational Sciences and has many scientific publications in international scientific journals. In addition to his scientific studies, İlhan Kaçire has worked as a manager and general manager in different countries and in various companies. İlhan Kaçire, who is married and has three children, has been residing in Bergen op Zoom, Noord Brabant province since 2020.

He is one of the volunteer trainers of the IDEIS Academy and for many years he has lectured at universities, participated in conferences, seminars and educational projects in different countries in Asia, Africa and Europe. He also spent a period at UNT in Texas on the occasion of the ‘Education Programme’. As a sociologist with a Ph.D. in Values Education, Kurt has nearly 30 years of experience in his academic career. He continues to work to produce sustainable solutions in youth projects and education in line with the mission and vision of IDEIS Academy.

Süleyman Sarıbaş is the Head of the Project Department of IDEIS - Institute of Education and Research. For many years he has lectured and held administrative positions in various universities in Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Morocco and Turkey. He holds a doctorate (Ph.D) degree in pedagogy and has about 26 years of experience in his academic career. He is here to carry out the services of the Project Department of our Institute of Education and Research and to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the department. Süleyman Sarıbaş has been living in the Netherlands since 2020. He is married and has two children.

Durmuş Düz is a volunteer at the Publications Department of the IDEIS Educational Research Institute, where he serves as the department manager. After graduating from the Faculty of Theology, he worked as a chaplain and teacher for 27 years. He holds a master's degree in Sociology of Religion and has been living in the Netherlands since 2021. He is married and has three children.

Umit Tabar, a member of the Project Department of the IDEIS Institute for Education and Research, holds a BA in English Language Teaching and an MA in International Relations. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Philosophy and Religious Studies and other academic studies. He has worked for 12 years as a teacher and 8 years as a lecturer at a state university. Due to his interest in interdisciplinary studies, he has research interests in curriculum development, adult language teaching and writing techniques as well as social psychology, sociology of religion and history of religions. Recently, he has focussed on youth education, integration and awareness. Umit Tabar, who is married and has two children, has been living in the Netherlands since 2022.

Zeki Pektash has been a manager at various universities in Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan for many years. Pektash, who holds a Doctorate degree (Ph.D) in Pedagogy, has approximately 28 years of experience in his academic career. He is here to support the effective work of the institute's departments in line with the mission and vision of our foundation. Zeki Pektash is married with three children and has been living in Kerkdriel with his wife since 2021.

Ina ter Avest wholeheartedly supports IDEIS. In recent years, she has contributed to the development of course materials for informal mosque education. This course material establishes a link between religious development, civic awareness and the prevention of radicalization. In 2003, Ina ter Avest completed her doctorate at the University of Utrecht on the development of the concept of God in children growing up in a multicultural and multi-religious context. She later worked for many years as a lecturer in religious pedagogy at the VU University in Amsterdam. Her publications concern both the interfaith development of students and the normative professional development of teachers. Ina ter Avest has her own coaching practice. Her starting points in coaching are the Dialogical Self Theory and Transactional Analysis. Psychodrama activities are also part of her working methods. Ahmed Deniz, a member of IDEIS Institute for Education and Research, is a researcher in the fields of sociology of religion and human geography. His research interests include migration, identity and religion, post-secularism, and social geography. Experienced in qualitative research methods and community work, Deniz completed his undergraduate studies in China and his postgraduate studies in the Netherlands. He has been active in mentoring, event management and outreach projects with students, and has carried out various social responsibility projects with disadvantaged groups and volunteers. He contributes to both academic studies and social initiatives.

Burak Nuri Demirci is the president of IDEIS Youth. He graduated from the Psychology Department at Dokuz Eylül University in 2023. Demirci has conducted research and written extensively in Social Psychology, and he continues his readings on Migration Psychology. His goal is to establish an accessible network of psychological support for all and to assist young migrants. In line with this mission, he writes and implements events in this field. Additionally, Demirci is a professional photographer and cinematographer. In his free time, he enjoys watching films and staying active through sports.
