Overview
The Mentorship Training Certificate Program implemented by IDEIS created a significant impact across the Netherlands throughout 2025. Within the scope of the program, approximately 200 university students studying in different cities received training focused on mentorship, leadership, and social responsibility.
The trainings, held in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Eindhoven, Tilburg, and Drenthe, aimed to contribute to both the personal and professional development of young people. The program was delivered through a multidimensional curriculum covering youth and identity development, communication skills, conflict mediation, empathy, social responsibility, and values-based leadership.
An Academic and Practice-Oriented Approach
The Mentorship Training Certificate Program was implemented under the guidance of expert trainers, using a methodology that integrates theoretical knowledge with practical application. Through workshops, case studies, group discussions, and role-playing exercises, participants had the opportunity to prepare for real-life situations they may encounter.
Throughout the program, participants developed key competencies in:
effective communication with young people;
supporting identity development;
managing conflicts constructively;
consciously assuming guidance and mentorship responsibilities.
Certificate Award Ceremony
Upon successful completion of the program, ceremonies were organized in all cities where participants were awarded IDEIS-approved Mentorship Training Certificates. Students who earned the certificate stated that they are ready to actively apply the knowledge and skills they acquired, both in their university lives and within the broader society.
Social Impact and Future Vision
With the 2025 Mentorship Training Certificate Program, IDEIS aimed not only to foster individual development but also to strengthen social solidarity and active citizenship. The program brought together young people from different cities and academic disciplines, creating an environment of mutual learning and dialogue.
As IDEIS, we believe that this strong experience gained in 2025 will serve as a source of inspiration for new training and certification programs that will reach wider audiences in the coming years.
We continue to learn together, grow stronger together, and build the future together.
