About Article Submission
Question 1: How to submit an article?
Answer: You can upload your article online from the "Article Submission" panel at or you can send all your files by e-mail to ideisjournal@ideis.nl . You need to create an account through the online submission system.
Question 2: In which languages can the article be submitted?
Answer: The main language of publication is English. However, articles written in Dutch may be considered in justified cases. All author information and abstract must be submitted in English.
Question 3: Which documents should I send with the manuscript?
Answer:
Full text (Word format)
Dutch version if required
Tables and visuals (as separate files)
Signed Transfer Form

Question 4: Can the submitted articles be published elsewhere?
Answer: No. Manuscripts submitted to IDEIS JOURNAL must not have been submitted to or published in any other publication. Simultaneous submissions are unethical.
Publication Process and Deadlines
Question 5: How long will my article be evaluated?
Answer: The entire evaluation process is usually completed within 6-8 weeks. This period includes pre-checking, peer review and correction process.
Question 6: How is the referee evaluation done?
Answer: IDEIS JOURNAL applies a double-blind peer review system. Referee and author information is kept confidential. At least two reviewers are consulted.
Question 7: If my article is accepted, when will it be published?
Answer: Our magazine is published twice a year: June and December. Accepted articles are published according to the publication schedule of the relevant issue.
Question 8: Do I have to pay for the publication?
Answer: No. IDEIS JOURNAL is an open access journal that priorities academic contribution and does not charge any transaction or publication fee

Question 9: How can I get information about the evaluation process?
Answer: You can track the status of your article by logging into the submission system. You can also send an e-mail to editor@ideis.nl to contact the editorial board.
Question 10: Who should I contact if I have a technical problem?
Answer: Technical support is available by sending an email to ideisjournal@ideis.nl describing the situation. All technical questions are answered within 48 hours.
Question 11: How can I access my published article?
Answer: You can access all published articles in PDF or HTML format from the archive section of the journal. In addition, each article is given a DOI number and permanently archived.
